Our courses will be sure to prepare you for your success when taking your state CILB and ECLB Construction Exams
We offer fast at home delivery of our courses.
The construction industry includes many fields to choose from according to your qualifications and area of expertise. Training Licensing Center, offers preparation courses to better assist all contractors pursuing a State License. In the state of Florida, there are two boards; the construction board, and the electrical board. All license categories in these two boards are composed of a two day exam:
• PART 1 BUSINESS AND FINANCE • PART2 TRADE KNOWLEDGE
Business and finance is taken the first day. For this part of your exam, we offer a study guide which contains more than 600 questions only focused on Business and Finance. The second day is when trade knowledge takes place for the following categories:
• Air Conditioning class “A”, and “B” • General, Building • Residential • Mechanical • Plumbing • Pollutant Storage System • Pool/Spa • Roofing • Sheet Metal • Solar • Specialty • Underground Utility Excavation Contractors within many others
We also offer an individual study guide for this part of your exam, which contains more than 600 questions as well. In addition Training Licensing Center offers guides containing study methods and an explanation on how to use some of the books. Both, Business and Finance and Trade Knowledge make up the state license exam. We recommend you do not take the Trade Knowledge portion unless you have successfully passed Business and Finance, since some of the books used in the Business exam are also included in the Trade Knowledge. Nevertheless, you should not take both parts of the exam one day after the other. Preferably, you should wait at least a month between both parts of the exam.
